MD9584-H is the latest professional network camera with 5MP resolution focused on transportation application. Designed specifically for mounting on a vehicle's exterior, the MD9584-H functions either as a side-view camera (also known as a back-mirror camera or DOO camera) or a pantograph monitoring camera if mounted on the roof of the vehicle. In both options, the camera provides the driver with clear view of critical areas for incident monitoring and operational awareness. Also armed with built-in IR illuminators, the MD9584-H is also able to provide superior image quality for up to 50 meters in total darkness.

MD9584-H is compliant with EN50155 and the camera body is protected with IP6K9K, IK10+ and NEMA 4X-rated rugged design, it can withstand harsh operating conditions, including extreme temperatures, shocks, vibration, humidity, dust, and even temperature fluctuations to maintain stable and reliable video during vehicle movement. MD9584-H also features a tempered glass window with internal heater than can provide an optimized view under nearly all environmental conditions.
